EVERYONE knows what Gangnam style is all of the sudden but now I feel like such a kpop hipster because I've already been a Psy fan for like 2-3 years.

I wanted to when the site first came back, but there was only one going and it was Avatar-related. And still is, I think.

There were some ideas in the making... but they just were never made. I wanted to try to get into the Korra RP myself, but just couldn't get myself to do it for whatever reason.

Quite a bit, and relishing how much they sound like babbys on Identity Crisis. Blows my mind how much they managed to evolve.

Possibly if I had to choose one single favorite thing about the band it would be that.

I also love how Riley evolved from having maybe two drum beats back in the Identity Crisis days to being fucking amazing.

Dude I love Riley and Ed. Did you know Ed has an elbow condition that limits the movement in his hand, which makes bass playing more difficult. And yet the brothers are still amazing. <3
Don't even get me started on Dustin and Teppei. I love those four so much.
My only regret is despite having seen them in concert, I didn't get to actually MEET them because they didn't come out after that night to sign things or anything. =\ But I did meet the members of one of their opening bands, the Dig, who were also really good. I bought their album and I still listen to it pretty often. They were nice guys.

Sounds like Coheed and Cambria's ex-bassist...he let a condition like that develop too for long and now he can't play bass anymore. Which is a shame, because he was a wicked bassist.
I didn't even get to see them...I knew they were doing the farewell tour, so I checked the tour dates...OH HEY THERE'S ONLY TWO LEFT AND THEY'RE ON THE OPPOSITE COAST FROM ME. lol. That was like...right after I started getting into them with Major/Minor, when I remembered reading about that tour AGES before that. Oh well...when they come off break, I'll be first in line!

I was in Europe when they were having their farewell tour on this side of the country. I was really sad (relatively, I was super excited to be in Europe but I had to make the choice hahaha) My cousins got to go and I remember telling my friends "MY COUSINS ARE SEEING THRICE RIGHT NOW WITHOUT ME *sob*" And then this one guy was like "did you meet dustin kensrue when he came to our school"
And I almost murdered him. Because Dustin had come to our school like a year before I started college, and I knew about that and it bothered me greatly, but that was the first person I met at school who remembered/knew who he was. SO I was devastated. Meeting Dustin is on my bucket list. =c

I wouldn't mind meeting him, either...he seems like such a cool guy, that you could have a pretty interesting conversation with.

yeah most definitely. I feel like he must have a super interesting mind to write the lyrics he does and I'd love to just talk with him.
I feel the same way about C.S. Lewis but it's kind of a hopeless thought to be able to talk to him >_>
I love musicccccc (and literature)
