Y'know how everyone has characters that are obviously played by them? Like, if everyone had thrown their characters in a PM to Shaun and he posted just the sheets, I think I could point out whose a few of those characters are. I think I'm that way, too. I always play super strong, female characters. Either very good or very bad.

I agree. I like to play the calm, intelligent, subtle and sarcastic guys or the blunt, quiet, sullen guy types. For girls, I play free-spirit types.

For RPing, I know it's good to play different types but I do like to play those types I mentioned because I feel I can respond well as them since I know that type of character. I'm also good at playing spazzy types... ahahaha xD And very metro/flamboyant/possibly homosexual men. xD

My characters have both lived there their whole lives, Mimi and Shin.
Mimi is solid middle class, not rich; she's never gone hungry or anything. And her dad has a gambling problem, so she's had to learn to manage money well and she's very thrifty. So she tends to understand people from all ranks of life. She's a little cautious when she first meets people, just because she's protecting her dad all the time and she's got so much on her mind (streetwise); but eventually she'll warm up to you (and she's a loyal friend once you get in her good graces).
But Shin's someone you don't want to get mixed up with ... Unless you're a poor girl he's charmed senseless ... or someone he's bought into his favor ... I get the feeling that, as much as he hates benders, he's probably bought his way into good relations with some of the criminal gangs ... like, to protect his assets or something. He's rich, so he's got power in the city, and he's a douche, and he's charming. Great combo.
I try to make a personality I like, and then play it the best I can. I don't know if I always play the same people. I hope I can vary it, at least! And I hope my characters provide diversity!

Since she's a firebender, that would be especially interesting to a girl who already has ties with earth/water but has yet to know much about firebending. Yeah, Myung would totally talk to her. I don't think the mother of that girl should be allowed to have children. Anyone who woul tell a six year old to "shake your butt, baby" is not suited for the job of mother. IMO |

Myung might be an option then. They could know of each other and having an acknowledgement toward each other in passing. Maybe something happens where they are able to start a convo? IDK.
