Greetings! If you're part of the ancient crew you may remember me. I joined in August 2005 and was active here for about two years afterwards. I survived the spammer invasions and all of that nonsense, but when the site switched to SMF and people had to re-register, I just stopped logging in. I co-ran another Avatar forum with a girl named Skye (whose username escapes me) that she started after the massive spam invasion that included Mark getting hacked and subsequently banned. Eventually that forum got deleted or something and my time in the Avatar universe drew to a close... until TLOK came out. By that time I was active on Reddit and /r/thelastairbender was one of my main haunts. Someone posted a link here on the avatarfans chatango page, and here we are.

Some of my favorite/most memorable people from the old site:

Skye (whatever username she went by)
Devoid
cornucopia
...and many, many others whose antics I recall but whose names I do not.

It's great to see that a few of my favorite posting companions have made it here.

Hi there! I was a mod back on the old AF site, but I may or may not have been after your time. As you can see, it's... well, dead as a doornail around here. Hopefully with the new season of TLoK coming up we can change that a little.

Long ago the '90s Nicktoons lived together in harmony. Then, everything changed when the 2000s attacked. Only Avatar, the best of the Nicktoons could save them. But when the channel needed it most, it finished. Four years passed and Bryke created the new Avatar: LoK. Although the show itself is great, it has a long way to go before it can live up to A:tLA. But I believe Korra can save Nickelodeon.
