At heart I'm a big fat fatty. It doesn't help that I work in a restaurant, either. I end up ordering food after shifts and because I always work nights it's late and then I regret my decision but it was just so delicious and I wake up in the morning still feeling full and IT'S JUST A VICIOUS, VICIOUS CYCLE! I have that problem too. I get bored at night, so I walk to my kitchen for something to do, then I look through my snacks for something else to do, then I eat one of them for something further to do. >_> I think that's where most of my weight comes from, because I never eat more than 1 or 2 regular meals a day. Sucks brah. |

I eat when I'm bored. I know, it's a horrible habit! But if I'm not kept busy, I'll seek food in the pantry!
